      Hi Dear Olga, Lena and staff When I arrived in Tver I felt pretty lost and alone. I knew no one and nobody could understand me. Once I found and contacted the Be Happy agency things turned out for the better. Not only are they a professional teem they make you feel very comfortable and at home.

     The staff made a great effort to give me personal attention and assisting me in all aspects, arranging meetings, Taxi, accommodation etc. If for some reason one of the ladies could not make it for a meeting the staff especially Olga and Lena were prepared to spend time with me socially. I had a great time with them and we became good friends. They always kept me informed and updated me on the meetings they had arranged. Even Yaroslav had time to speak to me and was always interested in my wellbeing.<

     I can just say they made my stay very pleasant and with the personal attention they give you think you are the only person they are dealing with and I am sure they must have many customers which they have to keep happy. So their name speaks for itself and I am sure that it is their motto " Be Happy " I can just say that I am Happy and will definitely return again even if it is just to visit the staff at the agency.
