      Hello Be Happy team!

     Everyone in your Tver office provided excellent service. Julia the secretary administered the office very well, and Julia the translator did her job very well. I especially wish to commend Irina T. for all her hard work. Irina performed the duties of her assignment far beyond what anyone could expect. She was much more than a guide and interpreter. Irina was watchful, informative, patient, flexible, energetic, tireless, optimistic, resourceful. I cannot begin to tell you what her service meant to me. She bargained purchases for me. She told me how things generally work in Russia, and she kept me on schedule. When we encountered obstacles, she would laugh and she was able to figure out an alternative solution. I don't think that I ever paid for goods and services at the foreigner rate, while she was nearby. If anyone approached me, she would pull me closer, and with a few words she sent that individual away. She was my guardian angel. Thanks for everything. I wish for you and your staff the greatest success, and someday I hope to return.
