With the help of BeHappy, I visited Tver this fall. The professional nature of their Agency was apparent the moment I cleared customs at Sheremetyevo Airport. I was met by Julia and her wonderful smile. I was taken immediately to a waiting taxi and had a very entertaining drive to Tver. Julia is an amazing interpreter and has a great sense of humor. She made the 2 hour trip go very quickly. Once in Tver the office manager Julia, helped me get settled in my cosy apartment. She was also nice enough to call me once a day and ask if I needed anything. The women of the Be Happy Agency were all very nice and, although I wanted to only see one woman in particular, I met and spoke with several during my visits to the office and they all seemed to be very nice and friendly. I stayed for 11 days and I felt very comfortable getting around the city with the help of Julia and Elena. Elena was another interpreter with a fantastic sense of humor and she helped to make my time there very entertaining. All in all, the BeHappy Agency employs excellent people who will assist you in any way and are some of the most helpful and friendly people I have met. Thanks again for making my stay there memorable.
