Evheniya and Harish

Our love story started in a very modern way—we met on a dating website. What started as a simple conversation quickly turned into something deeper, as we discovered a strong connection despite living in different countries. Harish is from India. I am sure he was charmed by my warmth and sincerity. And for me, his kindness and humor were what really caught my attention.

Our long-distance relationship meant a lot of late-night chats. Over time, the distance no longer felt like a barrier, but rather a challenge I was ready to overcome with my Harish. Eventually, Harish traveled to Europe and our bond only became stronger. 

This spring, we celebrated our love with a beautiful wedding in Poltava at the restaurant “Lileya.” Surrounded by close family and friends, we exchanged vows and officially became a real family. Now, we are in the process of moving to Germany, where we plan to settle in the charming town of Bad Soden am Taunus.

But our journey doesn’t end here. Next year, we are planning a special trip to India, Harish’s homeland. We are dreaming about a traditional Indian wedding. Our story is a nice reminder that love truly doesn't care about borders, how far apart you are, or any limits at all.
