Tired of the arduous struggle of daily life with its tough schedule we strive to break out of familiar surroundings for a weekend or on vacation. Some people prefer expensive hotels where everything is done for your comfort to make you feel like a king for a few days. This is not for me.
Living in a crowded and noisy industrial city I love to spend my free time with my friends in amongst nature, away from the noise, smog and other elements of civilization.
I enjoy hiking over long distances at any time of the year. I love watching the crimson sunrise whilst in the mountains among the rocks or simply seeing the golden sunset over the sea, with wild animals, whilst cooking over a campfire and drinking water from a rill.
I advise you to escape from your city once in a while, to experience nature from time to time, to enjoy every tree or blade of grass and breathe the fresh air.
Real fresh air, as it should be, contains a large amount of oxygen and does not contain obnoxious exhaust gases and emissions from cars and manufacturing production, so you may feel dizzy and euphoric but don't worry, this is perfectly normal. As soon as you return to the city, or at least go down to the highway and inhale the familiar poison (which in the city is also called "air"), you will feel the same again.
Keep yourself healthy,
Masha
